Talent alone isn’t enough. Across FPS esports, promising players have the skill to go pro but no system behind them to make it happen. So we built Diffy.
What we’re building
Diffy is a talent development company for FPS esports. We give ambitious players real resources and build with them over time:
- Expert coaching powered by AI — former pros who use powerful AI tools to pinpoint weaknesses and turn them into competitive strengths
- Standout content and brand building — highlight reels, series, and gameplay edits that grow an audience and treat a player’s identity as seriously as their aim
- Hands-on tech support — PC optimization, stream setup, gear recommendations, and network tuning so players can focus on what they do best
Most players piece these things together on their own and hope they line up. Diffy puts it all under one roof: coaching, content, brand, and tech, all working together around the player.
The talent
Our first wave of players is already proving the model. And they’re just getting started.
thundermeow has hit the highest competitive ranks across six different FPS titles and grown his audience past 169K. He’s 14.
pyro, playing out of EU, hit Radiant in VALORANT at 12 with an 833 RR peak and is pushing toward #1 on the ladder. He’s 14, too.
Players like this have always existed. Until now, there hasn’t been a real system to meet them where they are.
Who’s behind them
None of this works without the right people. Every person on this team was brought in because they know this space and bring something a player can’t get on their own.
